A major national tour has been announced for the long time classic story of star crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet. The international tour dates for Matthew Bourne’s Romeo and Juliet have yet to be announced, but their UK tour has been confirmed as well as their casting choices, including several young performers who originally made their debut in this production and now return as well-seasoned veterans of the company.
“It’s a little bit like the Billy Elliot story to tell you the truth.” Andrew Corbett began. Andrew joined TheatreArtLife in the adjourning restaurant of the Cirque du Soleil’s JOYÀ theatre located on the Vidanta property on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Andrew Corbett’s theatrical journey is quite incredible from growing up in England, his successful career as a dancer, choreographer, and the path to his current role as an Artistic Director with Cirque du Soleil.
