Across the globe, event organizers are trying to get back to in-person events as soon as possible. Not so the legendary Burning Man festival. The organizers have decided to play it safe and have officially announced the cancellation of their 2021 in-person event. An interactive virtual event will take place August 21 to September 5, but hopes are high to get back to the Nevada desert in 2022.
Although we already had our office at the bottom of our garden, like many of you we’ve been trying to get used to the new normal and help support clients who have had events postponed or cancelled. Our main advice to them, as to you, is keep talking to those people you wanted to meet at the show, stay on their radar and ask what they need right now.

Entertainment events are generally held indoors in theatres and arenas, but some occur outside in a variety of different conditions. When events are held outdoors, it becomes a challenge for all staff members. Extra consideration must be held when performers are required to perform in special circumstances such as parades, publicity events, and television appearances.
