I consider myself an organized pack rat.

Shoulder Harness (so my beltpack isn’t knocking my hips out of whack!)

Snacks! (but seriously, phone charger cable!)

PC.

Pencils.

Yellow (classic).

Listen actively and with all your senses. Build your emotional intellgence skills. Paperwork is a communication tool, not an end in itself. Stage management isn’t about power, it’s about responsibility.
