Gregory Donhardt has been a Creative Technical Producer for over 15 years. Starting out with an interest in audio and completing a Certificate IV in Sound Engineering at SAE Adelaide in the early 2000’s, Greg quickly found his forte as a stage manager. After stage managing shows for over ten years, expanding his knowledge in all areas of technical production, and due to a lack of lighting designers in Adelaide, Greg decided to tackle the world of self-taught lighting design, first at an amateur level and then professional. With a broad knowledge of all things technical production, he now considers himself a Creative Technical Producer and is at home in any of the wonderful technical fields of live performance, but in particular theatre. In Greg’s 15+ years in the industry, he has gained extensive experience in international sports presentation, dance, music, theatre and corporate AV. He has experience in being a mechanist, lighting/sound/vision designer and operator, stage manager/crew and technical director. Greg currently manages the Performing Arts Centre at an Adelaide school as well as free-lance around Australia in many technical production roles.
