Hamilton In Australia: Production And Casting News

If the world wasn’t already looking forward to a better year in 2021, the news has broken with the Australian casting for the production of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical, Hamilton.

Hamilton In Australia

The Australian production of Hamilton is due to launch in March 2021 at the Sydney Lyric Theatre, and has been hotly anticipated. It’s reported that the original creative team were instrumental in the casting process for the production, with Miranda stating:

“I am incredibly excited by the cast we have assembled. While theatres around the world have been forced to temporarily shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken this time to bring together a truly incredible ensemble to tell this story. This cast has such incredible talent, warmth and power. I know they will thrill and move audiences in Sydney when it’s safe to return.”
