How long will my experience last?
Once guests start their experience they will be able to freely walk through the rooms at their own pace. To ensure rooms don’t become crowded we may ask you to wait a few moments before continuing your journey. Your experience will last approximately 30 minutes.

What can I do if I can no longer make my time slot?
If you’re unable to make your booked time slot, please contact the Guest Services team who will be able to either exchange to a new time (depending on availability) or cancel the reservation for you.
