Why should you go see theatre? What does watching a puppet show do for your child? Well, you might be surprised to find out that theatre and puppetry are ancient art forms that are not only steeped in tradition and craftsmanship, but they are also good for your brain.
A new week, Theatre People! This week I’d love to introduce you to Brittany Moss. In 2019 and part of 2020, just before COVID hit, Brittany and I were working on an exciting new show for her ballet company, Hansel and Gretel. This was one of my favorite projects, and even as the pandemic hit, we kept pounding away on the projection design with high hopes it would hit the stage. I’m sorry to say that the project withered, but I was so grateful for the time working on it.
