The Power to Pitch

pitch

Artist’s Strategy’s primary goal is to empower actors. Empowering them to take control of the things they often feel like they have no control over. This comes in many forms, including but not limited to relationship building, marketing, creating financial stability and, of course, self producing.

The Chile Adventure – Part 3: Lago Gral Carrera to Coyhaique

Lago Gral Carrera

We had finally made it to Chile Chico and had crossed the border before they closed so we could make the ferry on time in the morning, everything seemed like it was going to work out perfectly. Since we had been so lucky thus far we decided to chance it again and skip the ferry to drive the scenic route around Lago Gral Carrera instead. In our defense, the ferry was going to take 2 hours and 45 minutes plus another hour and a half of driving and the scenic route around the lake was only 381 km (236 miles) so we figured it would end up being about the same amount of time even though the map said it would take 8 hours. Keeping Students Inspired While Theatre Is On Hold

Keeping Students Inspired

Teaching was never something I expected myself to pursue. As a wig and make-up designer, I always pictured myself working in one wig shop or another; I never imagined myself in the classroom. Once the opportunity presented itself, however, I fell in love with teaching. I discovered how gratifying and inspiring it was to see students pursue their dreams. Teaching others who are just as passionate about the subject matter that you love is a dream come true. I truly felt like I had the best job in the world.
