Broadway is a very popular export, but when mounting a Broadway musical in South Korea, there are numerous challenges to overcome from the logistical to the cultural. Matt DiCarlo, original Beetlejuice Broadway Production Stage Manager and Restaging Director for the Korean production sits down with Yoonha Choi, International Producer for CJ ENM, to illuminate the challenges and joys of collaborating to mount this complicated and popular Broadway musical.
